The Dillingham Commission relates to our play because it kind of symbolizes the wide spread racism towards immigrants in the 20's. It was a congressional group built to mainly find out the sins associated with a surplus of immigrants to the U.S. The government and mainstream America was totally behind it, like how most people were backing Jon Jon when he was fighting Chavez.
